antonio, the receptionist, provided very helpful service during our eras tour visit. the metro was very near the hotel, a convenient location!
the hotel was too warm, and the air conditioning didn't work properly the first two nights. the hallways and room smelled musty because of a very old carpet, poor carpet, which needed deep cleaning.

the room was a good size. the staff was very helpful, they guided us to roam around. they really tried to give whatever is possible for me as a vegetarian (charming of them!).
the hotel hallways and room are smelly with old carpet. the carpet seems to lack deep cleaning. it has not been cleaned for some years (i noticed this).
